Orders within the contiguous United States typically take 2 to 7 business days to arrive. Orders placed over the weekend are processed starting Monday.

Enjoy free shipping across the contiguous USA for orders over $65 before taxes. Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico is not available.

We have updated our shipping policy to better serve you. Our shipping rates now vary based on the weight of your package.

For orders under $65, here's how it works:

  • For packages weighing less than 10 lbs, the flat rate is $6.50.
  • For packages weighing 10 lbs or more, the flat rate is $9.50.

We strive to provide affordable and reliable shipping options for all our customers. This fee is visible during the checkout process.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the United States.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is processed. Track your package on the carrier's website using this number.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, please first check the tracking number. For further assistance, reach out to us at info@drinkmateina.com.

Ensure your email is accurately entered in your profile. If you haven't received an order confirmation, check your email settings and contact us at info@drinkmateina.com for assistance.

Be aware that some of our products may freeze during winter months. Monitor your order's tracking closely and promptly receive your package to prevent freezing. Mateina is not liable for frozen products due to delayed reception.

For orders damaged upon arrival, contact us at info@drinkmateina.com with photos of the damaged items. We will work with the carrier to promptly resolve the issue.

Returns

Online purchases are generally final, except in cases of quality issues. For such concerns, contact us at info@drinkmateina.com with photo evidence for prompt assistance.

To cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at info@drinkmateina.com. We'll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn't been processed. Changes cannot be made once an order is processed.

For incorrect delivery addresses, contact us at info@drinkmateina.com before the order is processed. For processed orders, it's best to contact the carrier directly.

Mateina is not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered packages due to address errors. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-shipment.
